On the southern slope of Cap Vermell, next to the Canyamel golf course and above the stream and beach of the same name, we designed and oversaw the construction of two residential complexes, with 25 and 28 terraced homes, respectively.
In accordance with the commission and local regulations, the layout of these plots was organized by adapting linear housing blocks to the natural topography. The lower floors, used for parking, are integrated with the two upper floors of apartments, following the contours of the land to ensure universal accessibility throughout the development.
The landscaping of the site serves as an extension of the natural surroundings, linking all floors and spaces with accessible, scenic pedestrian pathways.
The homes are staggered along the slope, creating spacious terraces that open up to the best views: private gardens, swimming pools, the Canyamel landscape, and the Mediterranean Sea.
